PAICTA focuses on digital upskilling and educating youth, emerging SMMEs, and all African citizens. The digital skills mainly on the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) which include coding, networking, cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data analytics, Robotics, Gamification, and Blockchain. PAICTA provides digital education through:

Digital Platforms Development

Through the initiative, PAICTA engages important parties like interns, SMMEs, and researchers who may create platforms that address African concerns. The ability to commercialize and enhance service delivery is made possible by digital platforms. These platforms encompass a variety of industries and tackle issues that affect Africa as a whole, including issues with unemployment, agriculture, health, and education. Pamoja Pan African Youth and the Pamoja Digital Learning Platform (P2DL) are two examples of digital platforms (P3AY).
